Focused, technical training for practitioners who want to compete, improve, and develop a distinct style.
Intensive rounds from specific positions — closed guard, half guard, back mount, leg entanglements. Building instinctive responses through repetition.
Extended live rounds against training partners of varying sizes, styles, and experience levels. The most important element of your development as a BJJ player.
Strategy sessions, game planning, and simulated competition rounds. Develop a match plan that plays to your strengths and neutralises your opponents'.
Working the fine details — grips, entries, transitions, and finishing sequences. The difference between a good technique and a great one is in the details.
BJJ-specific strength and conditioning work integrated into training. Building the explosive power, endurance, and injury resilience that competition demands.
When relevant, reviewing footage of matches and training to identify patterns, tendencies, and areas for improvement.

Solid foundation. A wide technique library and ability to hold your own rolling. Avg. 2–3 years to purple.
Developing your game. Starting to specialise in positions and submissions. Avg. 1.5–2 years to brown.
